Chest/Girth: Measure girth around the broadest part of the chest with allowance for thick coats.

Note:  Most Important Measurement - If your dog's measurements fall on the larger end of a size range and your dog has a stout build, select the next size up if length of garment is not longer than length of back.

Back: Measure length of pet's back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

Note: Length of garment varies from dog to dog, use length listed as a guide as to where the shirt will lay on your dog's back.
