The All-timate Terrain Dog Boots in durable single layer Waterproof Cordura coated nylon construction for protection against salt and rough terrain. Hassle free on and off with double Velcro closures for a secure fit (size XXS has just one Velcro closure). For outdoor use, lightweight and durable enough for protection from cuts, scrapes and the hard environment of the field. Great for hunting dogs, trails, hiking, any rough terrain.
Since the Cordura is waterproof, for those that are not hunters or hikers, these boots will work terrific as rain boots.
These boots do not feature a sole and can be slippery when worn on some surfaces such as hardwood flooring and tile flooring and are recommended for outdoor use only. Some customers have told us that they work well to keep the mud out of the house but can be slippery when worn in slick mud but ideal for a grass area that may be a bit sloppy after rains.

Measure the distance across your dog's paw to determine the maximum width. With your dog standing on a soft measuring tape, measure from edge of side pad to side pad with his/her weight bearing down on the measured paw.
Do not exceed the max width measurement as the boots will be too small. Boots should be snug, but you will want your dog's paws to always be able to spread and relax when in the boot, so it is important to measure your dog's paws with your dog's weight bearing down on paws. The difference of your dog's paw size and the max measurements of the boot will determine the amount of room in the boot when worn, too much room and the boots will be too big.
